The Real Estate Entitlements Specialist is responsible for all projects as they progress from Deal Approval to Store Opens in their assigned geographical areas. This individual is to be the primary contact for each project and is the gatekeeper of all items related to the Real Estate ascpect of new store openings.

  • Track through a comprehensive database of all new store projects allowing visibility to entire scope of each.
  • Drive and communicate deliverables and timelines included in lease/ purchase agreements to all relevant parties through multiple communication methods (conference calls, emails, follow up call, etc.)
  • Facilitate and lead communication with relevant stakeholders in each stage of the development process.
  • Entitlements Calls (RCCs, CMs, REM), Under Construction Call (RCCS, CMs, REM), RER Update Calls (RERs), Development / Franchising Calls (RCCs, CMs, FSMs, FSRs, SRMs, Licensing), and Grand Opening Calls (RER, FSR, MM, FC)
  • Capture updates provided from both internal and external partners, hold them accountable for commitments made and share information as appropriate.
  • Request and track legal documentation and approvals of contract extensions, amendments, and satisfaction of conditions precendent; ensuring all requirements have been met or waived within the contractual deadlines.
