About This Opportunity



This role will be responsible for new deal contract negotiations. This role will include partnership with field real estate, attorneys, developers, and landlords to expedite new store openings and increase retail growth across North America. Work multiple deals simultaneously, track all deals, & communicate status to all levels of leadership.

  • Manage Store Portfolio for New deal contract negotiations of varying types following corporate strategy. This includes Developer deals (new and preferred) / Traditional NNN / Ground Leases / Fee Purchase / Acquisition
  • Direct actions of attorneys, brokers, all other resources needed to negotiate and finalize deals.
  • Participate/Lead cross-functional review of negotiations / pipeline status and gain any necessary approvals
  • Review & negotiate documents containing complex issues including but not limited to Environmental / Insurance / Motor Fuel's concepts / SUP's
  • Provide reporting and updates on, regular deal status reporting, results and accountability reporting and on any issues regarding reporting


  • Expert knowledge of real estate contracts
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high volume deal count
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • Previous c-store/fuel experience preferred
  • Previous experience with SUPs/municipalities preferred
