This role requires great attention to detail and an appetite for constantly improving HR systems, reports and processes. As we deploy new modules and process improvements, you will play an important role in helping scale our current systems and processes to support the needs of our business. This position is part of our Corporate Human Resources team.


  • System Maintenance: Assist in the review, testing and implementation of Workday upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Audit and maintain HR data integrity. Document process and results.
  • Production Support: Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Assist in the execution of Workday tickets and ensure resolution for all tickets in a timely, quality manner. May be designated as primary interface with various internal stakeholders regarding issues.
  • Expansion/Optimization: Participate in functional and regression testing for all system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance-including Workday releases and new system features-and participate in the communication of changes and benefits to end users
  • Process Improvement: Developing and documenting processes and procedures to support HR functions. Analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, problems, and propose solutions


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or other relevant field; or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • 2+ years of recent Workday experience
  • Solid understanding and expertise in at least one or more of Workday's domains (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time and Absence, Payroll, Performance, Recruiting) and understanding of cross-functional dependencies
  • Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • General understanding of human resources concepts, processes, laws and procedures.
  • Must be able to work without direct supervision in a collaborative manner with other team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Workday Absence, Advanced Comp or Recruiting (PREFERRED)
