Role Summary

Gathers and understands emerging Agency/Field needs to refine marketing approach, messaging, and campaigns to drive increased agent and recruiter success in personal branding, demand generation, client development, and retention. Supports the development of the annual field marketing strategy plan. Communicates programs to build and support Agent recruiting and nurturing. Manage high priority content requests from Agency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead field marketing communications to Agency and the field and optimizes the process to maximize impact
  • Support Field Consulting in efforts to increase field awareness and adoption of marketing programs and resources that support high-priority opportunities for New Org and Established agents or for MPs/Partners
  • Understand usage and impact on agent and recruiter success metrics
  • Triages and prioritizes content requests from Agency

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of employee/agent communications experience
  • Experience working in internal communication in various disciplines, including organizational and change communications
  • Data-driven communications strategy, planning, budget allocation and organizational alignment experience
  • Marketing, communications, and journalism experience preferred
  • Ability to produce and share previous examples of successful agent communications programs
